Client Intake Coordinator

Job Summary
Own the first interaction with prospective clients and deliver a confident introduction to Serenity’s programs, drive client commitment by addressing objections and guiding conversations toward decisive next steps, and meet/exceed sales-oriented KPIs (conversion, follow-up, and client progression). Maintain a full pipeline, follow up with urgency, document client information for seamless handoff, track performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality intake through program start. The role emphasizes a blend of people skills and performance mindset, with training provided and opportunities for growth based on results.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role
- proven track record of hitting quotas or conversion targets
- strong consultative communication skills
- self-motivated and competitive
- leadership experience or upward trajectory encouraged
