Job Summary
Own the first interaction with prospective clients to present Serenity’s programs and drive commitment; overcome objections and guide conversations toward a decisive next step. Maintain a full pipeline, meet and exceed sales-oriented KPIs (conversion rates, follow-up, client progression), and ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams from intake through program start. Requires 2+ years in sales-adjacent or performance-driven roles with a proven quota track record, strong consultative communication, and a self-motivated, competitive mindset. Collaborative team player with leadership potential seeking growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role
- proven track record of hitting quotas or performance benchmarks
- strong consultative communication skills
- leadership experience or upward trajectory encouraged
- ability to manage and convert a sales pipeline
- ability to document and hand off client information accurately
- self-motivated and competitive
- schedule willingness to work three 13-hour shifts per week
