Job Summary
Own the first interaction with prospective clients and deliver a confident, compelling introduction to Serenity’s programs; drive client commitment by addressing objections, guiding conversations toward a decisive next step, and meeting/exceeding sales-oriented KPIs. Maintain a full pipeline of prospective clients, follow up with urgency to maintain momentum, gather and document client information for a seamless handoff, track performance to hit numbers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience from intake through program start.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales-adjacent, or performance-driven customer-facing role
