Client Insurance Executive

Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of insurance and reinsurance clients by handling policy administration, renewals, claims settlements, and regulatory reporting. Prepare and review policy wordings, renewal reports, and board packs while monitoring reinsurance recoveries and tracking outstanding amounts. Produce insurance accounts, underwriting statistics, and management information to support client decision-making. Collaborate with colleagues across the wider team and maintain effective relationships with reinsurers, regulators, and auditors. This hybrid role supports board activities and contributes to continuous improvement within the global risk management team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a professional, client-focused environment within insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or a related sector.
- An understanding of insurance and reinsurance administration processes.
- The ability to review information carefully, identify inconsistencies, and maintain accurate records.
- Confidence preparing reports, documentation, and presentation materials for a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to explain technical information in a clear and straightforward way, both in writing and conversations.
- Experience working with multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting agreed deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across the wider team.
- An interest in professional development through the CII qualification pathway or an equivalent industry qualification.
- A commitment to working ethically, following policies and procedures, and acting in clients' best interests.
- The ability to contribute positively to team discussions, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
