Job Summary
Client Insights Analyst role focused on turning platform, product, and customer behavior data into clear analytical insights and actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include supporting recurring reports, dashboards, data extracts, QA of dashboards and datasets, translating business questions into analytical approaches, writing and validating SQL queries, documenting methodology and metric definitions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Data Solutions, Product, Engineering) to troubleshoot data issues and prepare client-facing materials. The role emphasizes data quality, accuracy, and the ability to communicate findings to internal teams and clients. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in analytics or related roles, strong SQL, experience building dashboards/reports in BI tools (Tableau preferred), analytical problem-solving, and solid communication skills. Bonus points for Snowflake or cloud data platform experience and familiarity with data governance and data privacy concepts. Pay range is $77,000—$90,000 USD. Location is remote within the continental United States; flexible to work from home.
