Job Summary
Handle incoming and outgoing client calls to determine client needs, perform underwriting triage, and determine which carrier/brokerage should receive a lead. Enter lead information into Ask Kodiak, log tasks in Salesforce, schedule follow-up appointments with business owners/clients, and ensure phone scripts are followed using the GURU application. Communicate with teammates via Slack/Teams, provide excellent customer service while meeting established KPIs related to transfer rate, time active, attendance, leads worked, and call quality. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies; participate in seminars and ongoing training as required. Remote work opportunities vary by location, department, and business need, with scheduling details provided by the department managers.
