Job Summary
Team Lead role focusing on client implementation and service within the Middle Office Recon Onboarding team. Responsible for gathering information from user meetings, analyzing data and processes, documenting procedures, setting up environments for system changes, coordinating testing, and supporting rollout plans. Requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, plus experience with TLP reconciliation, data acquisition and mapping, ETL tools, Power BI, and JIRA. Education: bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent; 3-5 years in Middle Office/IM Recon with TLM/TLP. Location is in Bangalore/Hyderabad, India; full-time position with in-person work expectation.
