Client Implementation Project Coordinator - (Hybrid)

Job Summary
Lead structured short duration client onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to production go-live. Perform all project phases, maintain documentation and status reports, and execute tasks according to pre-defined plans and timelines. Manage issues using existing procedures to ensure timely resolution and monitor progress to provide updates to clients, the project team, and management. Support project managers on long duration client onboarding and implementation projects while onboarding data feeds for aggregation. Establish system parameters and settings, ensuring deadlines are met and identifying potential delays. Work in a hybrid model with 2-3 days per week remote flexibility from the Pittsburgh office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration or related technical field
- Understanding of project management principles
- 1–3 years of experience in an implementation, technical support, or analytics role
- Internship experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global colleagues and clients
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of data management principles (ETL, schemas, data structures)
- Basic proficiency in SQL
- Ability to work with structured data for validation and reporting
- Demonstrated understanding of generative AI tools
- Understanding of how generative AI tools can be applied to improve implementation efficiency, communication, risk awareness, and collaboration across teams
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Assignment to Pittsburgh, PA office
- Flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week
