Job Summary
Lead and coordinate client implementations for the RSL portfolio, owning end-to-end new client installations, enrollment setup, and ongoing support across life, disability, absence and voluntary benefits. Drive implementation through collaboration with account management and internal teams; oversee installation calls, communicate system/tool/setup requirements (billing, contracts, web tools), resolve client-level issues with IT/service partners, coordinate training and enrollment materials, and manage cross-functional liaison between client/broker/HR systems and internal resources. Develop and maintain partnerships with Administrative Office Departments, guide routine client meetings, deliver administrative kits and enrollment logistics for multi-site/extra-territorial needs, support data transfer/test plans, and collaborate with marketing for client materials. Travel up to 25%; hybrid work arrangements available for eligible roles. Required: degree in business/marketing/communications (MBA preferred), 3-5 years related experience, strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications is preferred
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of directly related experience is required
- Superior organizational, multi-tasking, influencing and presentation skills are required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
