Job Summary
Lead multiple onboarding cases for clients in commercial/corporate banking, driving end-to-end onboarding and implementation for structured trade products. Collaborate with Client Implementation and Sales to analyze product requirements, develop onboarding plans, coordinate activities across Implementation and Sales teams, and ensure onboarding progresses against established SLAs. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in financial services with trade-finance exposure, strong communication and collaboration skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. The role emphasizes delivering a superior client experience and participating in ad-hoc onboarding projects within Transaction Banking.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of demonstrated excellence in a financial services role involving understanding of Commercial or Corporate client structures, preferably with a focus on trade finance
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills with ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record of delivering an exceptional client experience
- Experience with emerging communications and technology (web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)
- Nice to have: Post-secondary education (or equivalent work experience) in business administration, finance or a related field
- Nice to have: Experience with structured trade products
