Client Immigration Representative I

Job Summary
Monitor internal and external inboxes to provide timely responses, triage inquiries from client Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility teams, and facilitate client HRIS data confirmations. Collaborate with client teams and legal resources on case initiations in Cobalt, support pre-offer assessments by coordinating document collection, and maintain the new hire pipeline and onboarding tracking. Manage client notices, create public access files, and assist with PERM recruitment administrative processes while ensuring data integrity and updating internal templates. Provide termination and expiration reporting followed by appropriate project initiations. Hours may exceed 40 weeks, with occasional regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of immigration, customer service, legal, or related field experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Sensitivity to confidential information
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow, while escalating as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis
- Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Regular and on-time attendance
- Must be able to prioritized, schedule and complete testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules
- A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required
- Hours may exceed 40 hours per week
- Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required
Desired Qualifications
