Job Summary
Provide telephone, email, and online chat support to clients via the Client Help Desk; collaborate with Client Account Managers to assist with client issues and internal processes; manage high-volume data entry and project-related inquiries; conduct web training sessions for clients to support the Client Account Manager Team; work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency; assist the Senior Manager of Client Services with special projects; represent the company to government and public sector entities in a positive and professional manner; monitor listings for high-quality standards and best auction practices; occasionally deliver onsite and field services to clients across the United States, including cataloging, describing, and photographing assets in various locations under diverse weather conditions; requires associate degree and 4+ years of customer service experience, valid driver's license, and proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry; remote work setup and reliable internet access required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree and prior experience with government agencies preferred
- 4+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be proficient in CRM Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and data entry (Skill testing will be required)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
