Job Summary
Client Growth Specialist to own a portfolio of clients, drive revenue growth, nurture relationships, and ensure long-term retention through strategic growth opportunities, upsell/cross-sell, and collaboration with Sales, Ad Operations, Supply, and Finance. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, acting as primary day-to-day point of contact, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance using data-driven insights, building trust-based relationships via regular check-ins, coordinating with internal teams to meet client goals, developing growth strategies for in-app performance marketing campaigns, and leveraging tools like Excel, Appsflyer, and Adjust for analytics. Strong emphasis on proactive growth, client success, and revenue expansion across multiple verticals.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience in Account Management, Client Success or related role
- Basic understanding of the digital advertising industry; familiarity with tools like Appsflyer and Adjust is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- A solid foundation in programmatic advertising and ad tech concepts (e.g., MMPs, tracking links, postbacks) is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and growth-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
