Job Summary
Client Growth Specialist supports internal business development and revenue-generation initiatives for designated practice groups, assisting Senior Client Growth Managers with pitches, proposals, events, and thought-leadership activities. Responsibilities include collaborating with Communications, PR, Event Management, and Graphic Design to tailor information for different audiences; preparing pitches/proposals and QC content; executing RFP responses; performing market and client research; compiling ROI data; coordinating industry/practice relationships; and supporting budget management and expense approvals. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, research-driven opportunity identification, and contributing to go-to-market strategies within a professional-services/legal environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience in a professional services role
- minimum of three (3) years of related experience
- strong business acumen
- demonstrated project management experience
- ability to build relationships across organizational levels
- effective communication skills (oral and written)
- ability to leverage research and competitive intelligence for opportunities
- ability to delegate and develop others
- familiarity with legal and business environments
