Job Summary

Client Growth Specialist supports internal business development and revenue-generation initiatives for designated practice groups, assisting Senior Client Growth Managers with pitches, proposals, events, and thought-leadership activities. Responsibilities include collaborating with Communications, PR, Event Management, and Graphic Design to tailor information for different audiences; preparing pitches/proposals and QC content; executing RFP responses; performing market and client research; compiling ROI data; coordinating industry/practice relationships; and supporting budget management and expense approvals. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, research-driven opportunity identification, and contributing to go-to-market strategies within a professional-services/legal environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience in a professional services role
  • minimum of three (3) years of related experience
  • strong business acumen
  • demonstrated project management experience
  • ability to build relationships across organizational levels
  • effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • ability to leverage research and competitive intelligence for opportunities
  • ability to delegate and develop others
  • familiarity with legal and business environments
