Job Summary
Client Growth & Operations Regional Senior Manager drives client success, operational optimization, and sustainable growth within the regional portfolio, leads multiple projects, builds and nurtures client relationships, and improves processes to achieve revenue and efficiency objectives in the LATAM region. Skills include client management, operational excellence, project leadership, data analytics, strong communication, cross-team collaboration, LATAM market knowledge, proficiency with project management software and AI tools, adaptability, and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with at least five years in relevant roles. The role operates in a hybrid model with in-office presence, and requires fluency in English (B2).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in client management, operations, or business development with a proven track record
