Job Summary

Drive adoption of PrismHR solutions and add-on revenue among PrismHR service providers and their SMB clients. Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to advance client adoption, align with partners’ goals, and hold them accountable. Build relationships with PrismHR service provider clients through ongoing outreach, Client Business Review participation, and events. Present add-on product and service attach rate metrics during reviews; analyze program performance and recommend improvements. Develop and manage demand-generation campaigns, lead qualification, and a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce. Regularly meet with sales management to review progress, and deliver quarterly business reviews to PrismHR leadership. Provide product feedback to the product team and articulate key decision drivers, competitive advantages, and market trends to help clients seize growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of selling HR Solutions
  • Specific experience with channel-based selling strongly preferred
  • Experience with Professional Employer Organizations and/or Payroll Service Bureaus strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
  • Proven ability to create, execute, and manage sales and marketing programs to generate revenue
  • Strong MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
