Job Summary

Client Growth Executive for Emphasys PHA leading growth within the public housing sector. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities with Public Housing Authorities and related organizations, guiding opportunities through the sales cycle, delivering product demonstrations, supporting RFP and proposal responses, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey. You will manage the full client lifecycle from initial opportunity through adoption and long-term growth, collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Support, Marketing, and Development, maintain pipeline visibility, and represent Emphasys at industry events. The role emphasizes consultative sales, relationship-building, implementation awareness, and the ability to articulate the value of Emphasys’ housing software solutions while navigating regulatory and operational challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Public Housing Authority (PHA) software, affordable housing organizations, government software solutions, public sector clients, or related regulated environments
  • Experience in software sales, account management, client success, implementation consulting, or related customer-facing role
  • Experience delivering product demonstrations, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Ability to build trust, uncover client needs, navigate complex buying processes, and grow long-term client relationships
  • Strong consultative sales approach with discovery, questions, and value articulation
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; adaptable to different audiences
  • Familiarity with software implementation, onboarding, adoption, and change management
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Willingness to travel ~20% for client meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive
  • Ability to work autonomously within a remote US-based role
