Job Summary
Client Financial Services Agent role focusing on personalized service for affluent and high-net-worth clients within Desjardins' wealth management network. Responsibilities include providing tailored member/client service, coordinating with advisors to open accounts, preparing meetings, following up on requests, executing banking operations, promoting digital solutions, and guiding clients on using Desjardins tools. You will help manage the advisor's agenda and emails, cultivate knowledge of Desjardins products, and identify opportunities for business development by delivering personalized solutions and proactive advice. The position requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience, fluency in French, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset. Hybrid work arrangement supported (#LI-Hybrid) in multiple Quebec locations (Jonquière, Roberval, Dolbeau-Mistassini, Alma, Baie-Saint-Paul).
