Client Finance Associate

Job Summary
Monitor and review new contracts as they are drafted and signed to request project setups, client invoices, and update revenue trackers accordingly. Partner with the Shared Financial Team to oversee project setups, client invoicing, revenue recognition, and WIP management while ensuring transactions adhere to contractual obligations. Work closely with client-facing team leaders to manage financial elements of client relationships and assist in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Develop and distribute ad-hoc reports, coordinate Shared Services activities, and reconcile projects in a timely manner. This role supports the finance team within SKDK's public affairs and political advertising agency, offering exposure to Fortune 500 clients and nonprofits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- proficiency in MS Word
- proficiency in PowerPoint
- some exposure to an enterprise level ERP
