Job Summary
Calculate and agree with suppliers on referral fee revenue, identify and book manual fees, and compute interest and late fees per contractual terms. Update billing profiles, monitor risk activity and write-offs, and collaborate with internal contacts to identify unapplied receipts. Act as a point of contact for suppliers and departments while providing monthly reports on revenue due, booked, and collected. Demonstrate attention to detail and resilience in achieving targets. Required Qualifications
- Formal accounting education and relevant training
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting duties, including accounts receivable, collections, and journal entries
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and report on large datasets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Confidence and dedication to take ownership of issue resolution
