Own timelines across multiple projects by coordinating developers and outreach specialists, tracking progress in Notion, and resolving risks early. Create clear briefs for the delivery team, translating client needs into actionable plans and improving reporting structures. Spot opportunities to improve performance within our lead generation and AI systems, supporting upsells where appropriate. This hands-on role sits between the client and internal team to protect timelines and maintain momentum.
