Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft cloud and on-premises systems while identifying and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities. Perform onsite assessments of client environments to document improvement areas and provide recommendations based on client needs. Act as an escalation point for help desk engineers regarding Office365 and Microsoft requirements, ensuring systems meet security and operational processes. Work directly with clients on projects to optimize and maintain their computing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Several years of knowledge with Office365
- Several years of knowledge with Azure
- Several years of knowledge with Azure Virtual desktop
- Several years of knowledge with Windows Active Directory
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2016-2022 and migration skills
- Ability to work independently on project tasks
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to deploy a lot of cool shit
- Have a WE GIVE A DAMN attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Azure certifications a plus
