Job Summary
Conduct daily studio walk-throughs and execute cleaning checklists for lobbies, locker rooms, and common areas. Prepare spaces before, during, and after classes by cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, and restocking amenities. Perform laundry services, repair small facility fixes, and assist with Woodway treadmill maintenance. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and manage relationships with technicians, contractors, and vendors. Escalate facility issues to management while observing team feedback to identify training needs. Maintain brand standards and ensure a safe, inviting environment for clients.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry's Mission, Vision and Values.
- Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule
- Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with minimal restrictions
- Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, inclusive of one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) during studio operating hours, aligned with business needs
- Must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week
- Must be available for a minimum of 3-4 hours of available shift depending on state regulations

- Experience in or desire to learn about facilities management and maintenance
- Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a time-sensitive manner with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and clients
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills

- Minimum age of 18 years
