Job Summary
Conduct daily studio walkthroughs to verify cleaning checklists, uphold brand standards, and ensure equipment readiness before, during, and after classes. Prepare lobby and locker rooms by cleaning exercise equipment, sweeping floors, wiping mirrors, and restocking amenities. Perform regular deep cleaning of common areas, manage laundry services, and execute small repairs or assist with treadmill maintenance. Coordinate facility projects with the General Manager, communicate tasks to the Facilities Team, and escalate issues as needed. Develop preventive maintenance schedules, train new and existing staff, and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors. Work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and one weekend day during studio hours.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule
- Full-time employees: Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with minimal restrictions.
- Full-time employees: Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, inclusive of one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) during studio operating hours, aligned with business needs.
- Part-time employees: Must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week and minimum of 3-4 hours of available shift depending on state regulations.

- Experience in or desire to learn about facilities management and maintenance.
- Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a time-sensitive manner with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and clients.
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

- Minimum age of 18 years.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with hand tools a plus.
- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
- Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
