Job Summary

The CX Supervisor leads and coaches CX Associates to meet service goals, identifies staff training needs, monitors performance, and drives process improvements. Key duties include recruiting, hiring, training, developing training content, measuring training effectiveness, quality monitoring and calibration of team scoring, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing team scheduling and adherence to schedules, reviewing scorecards and trends, real-time queue management, maintaining CXC processes for continuous improvement, guiding team performance, participating in hiring, and delivering coaching, evaluations, and recognition. Requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, ability to manage change, and experience in a high-volume contact-center environment within the HOA/property-management industry. Education and experience include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience, plus 3-5 years of supervisory experience and a high school degree or GED. Must be able to drive to communities and operate in a typical office environment; strong proficiency with MS Office and related applications is expected. Verifiable references and background check required.
