Job Summary
Remote Client Experience Specialist role supporting real estate transactions with 100% remote work focused primarily on markets around Philadelphia. Responsibilities include non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and deadlines to ensure timely close, coordinating documentation for compliance, organizing transaction details across systems, serving as the point-of-contact for agents and clients through closing, and handling end-to-end transaction processing including expenses, invoices, and commission calculations/payments. Must communicate effectively with agents, clients, third parties, and internal teams; demonstrate self-motivation, collaboration, and accuracy in a fast-paced, paperless environment. Requires at least 2 years of Real Estate/mortgage/title administration or transaction coordination experience; conveyancing experience is highly preferred. Strong technical aptitude for multiple software systems, and a customer-service mindset focused on a seamless transaction experience.
