Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact between the Showroom sales team and internal operations teams regarding product information, pricing, marketing requests, and quality issues. Work directly with Domestic Residential Accounts to ensure timely quoting, payment processing, and accurate inquiry resolution. Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, logistics, and warehousing teams to process orders and resolve client concerns. Support Inside and Outside team members by expanding product knowledge and generating weekly reports to track order status and reduce shipment delays. Participate in developmental team meetings to contribute to monthly and yearly goals while maintaining professional etiquette in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a luxury services environment
- Ability to work with an ERP and CRM system
- Strong PC skills-Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Outlook, Navison, Google Applications
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment while maintaining professionalism and reliability
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and changing priorities
- Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with members of all cross-functional departments with the utmost professionalism
- Promote respect and trust amongst peers and management
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
