Job Summary
Provide end-to-end client support for traders ranging from beginner to sophisticated; educate clients, troubleshoot platform issues, and deliver product support. Serve as a liaison to Sales, Operations and other departments to resolve customer requests promptly. Key duties include resolving inquiries via email, chat and phone; client education; account maintenance (historical transactions, commissions, account parameters, financial transactions); software support; and upholding professional representation of TradeStation while exceeding client expectations. Requires willingness to work on-site in Plantation, FL; Bachelor’s degree and SIE/Series 7/63/3 licenses (or ability to acquire within 90 days) are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SIE, Series 7, 63 and 3 licenses, or must be acquired within 90 days
- Ability to learn multiple trading platforms
- Ability to work in a fast paced and interactive environment
- Familiar with customer account procedures to assist with client inquiries
