Client Experience Representative

Client Experience Representative responsible for serving as the main point of contact for core customers via phone, chat, or email; answer questions about policies and coverages; support retention efforts; build relationships with customers; assist with quotes and application processes; enter call data accurately; collaborate with Management and Technical Services to complete training and develop product knowledge; proactively promote additional NCMIC products and services; adapt to diverse tasks and staff engagement; maintain high accuracy and effective communication.
