Job Summary
Provide client experience and sales support for corporate uniform and promotional products, acting as primary contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns; manage end-to-end sales order processing, coordinating with art, production, and logistics; develop product knowledge to assist customer decisions; maintain CRM records and follow up for feedback; identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows. Also cover front desk duties as needed, ensuring professional communication via phone and email, and delivering a premier customer experience. Monday–Friday on-site in Binghamton, NY, with a salary of approximately $26-$28 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in client relations or a related role
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
