Job Summary
Part-time Client Experience Officer located at UMFC’s Wangaratta site, 22.8 hours per week with pro-rata salary between $76,372 and $81,905 plus salary packaging and super. Provides warm, respectful service as first point of contact, supports front-of-house operations, and performs a range of essential administrative tasks including reception coverage, mail management, supplies ordering, banking, filing, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires administrative/business services qualifications, strong communication, confidentiality, autonomy and teamwork, ability to handle diverse client needs, and willingness to complete required checks (Police/Working with Children). Provisions include 4 weeks annual leave (pro-rata) and health and wellbeing week; employment contingent on checks and licence.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications in Administration or Business Services and/or extensive Administration/Business Service experience.
