Job Summary
Client Experience Manager (Account Manager) responsible for serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring success and profitability of partnerships, delivering prompt responsiveness, reporting, and ongoing relationship management. Drives client onboarding/implementation, maintains CRM records, collaborates with Sales/Underwriting/Marketing/Finance/etc., and develops strategic plans to increase partner revenue through marketing, training, pricing, or new product offerings. Supports the Sales team by providing tools and resources to achieve revenue targets and ensures exceptional client experiences across existing and prospective accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED OR Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Sales, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in account management, client success or relationship management
