Job Summary
Support clients by translating dense regulation into clear answers regarding subsidies, transfers, and payouts. Run core AVD operations including contract registration with the ZfA, contribution management, and payment reconciliation. Help build playbooks by documenting workflows, creating step-by-step guides, and maintaining error catalogues. Identify patterns in recurring errors to fix root causes rather than treating symptoms. Spot manual workarounds that are slow or error-prone and propose automation opportunities. This role requires fluency in German (C1), precision with numbers, and comfort with ambiguity. Based in Berlin, the internship lasts a minimum of six months.
