Job Summary
Client Experience Coordinator responsible for delivering a premium showroom experience: greet and engage clients, serve as primary contact for walk-in traffic, maintain order tracking and reporting, manage ERP-based shipments, handle transfers and service cases, prepare hardware spec books, coordinate vendor events, and support sales teams. Requires highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented performance in a fast-paced in-office environment. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of customer service/administrative experience; strong communication and MS Office skills; experience with ERP/order management is a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, showroom, or administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
