Job Summary
The Client Experience Coordinator will support client teams, the Client Feedback program, Troutman Plus Value program, and signature client events. Responsibilities include assisting with client team administrative tasks, updating HighQ sites, advancing the Troutman Plus Value program, developing tailored materials for RFPs and pitches, partnering with the Innovation team to maintain client-facing technology platforms, planning and executing client events (including the Legal Operations Summit), collecting and organizing client feedback and narratives in Foundation, logging and reporting client data in Reson8, creating client experience publications and collateral, designing and distributing electronic surveys in Qualtrics, and managing project activities in Asana. The role requires effective communication with attorneys and administrative departments, strong organizational abilities, a client-service mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software. A Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of related experience in a law firm or professional services organization are required; the position is a FULL_TIME, hybrid role anchored in Chicago, Richmond, or Philadelphia.
