Job Summary
Maintain a welcoming front desk environment during drop-off and pick-up while educating prospective families about programming and brand values. Collaborate with the Director to drive enrollment success through community outreach, marketing emails, and networking, guiding families through the enrollment process including contract creation and paperwork completion. Manage daily center operations, coordinate "moments of magic" for families, and set up communication platforms for ongoing teacher contact. Oversee inventory management for center and classroom supplies while ensuring compliance with enrollment requirements. Requires 2–5 years of enrollment and customer service experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced setting. Salary ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 hourly with bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven success in building enrollment (sales) and/or delivering outstanding customer service experience
