Job Summary
Client Experience Coordinator – Construction & Handover role based in Caulfield North, Victoria, Australia. You’ll manage a pipeline of active construction files and act as the main point of contact for clients from construction commencement through handover, coordinating communication between builders, brokers, property managers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include tracking milestones, invoices, and documentation; ensuring timely handover communications and readiness for tenancy; and supporting a smooth transition into settlement and leasing. Requires 3–4 years’ experience in coordination, client service, or administrative roles; strong communication, high attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar). Hybrid working arrangement offered.
