Job Summary
Manage and grow existing clients by overseeing all flow workload for business accounts and providing expert advice on feed requirements. Conduct periodical service reviews to reinforce value propositions, uncover challenges, and adapt services to evolving investment management needs. Lead production discussions, maintain strong working relationships, and act as the primary escalation point for the Second Line Feed management team regarding data, product, and technical expertise. Leverage deep knowledge of account history, vendor methodologies, and client data usage to ensure KPI compliance. Join the CX North America team to support global operations, utilizing strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like SQL, Snowflake, and PowerBi to drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years Strong work experience in the financial data industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidates must be of Graduate caliber, preferably a bachelor's degree in a finance or a related field
- Experience as a Consultant or related position within the financial data industry
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills required
- Demonstrates curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and is interested in exploring how new tools can improve customer, employee, and business outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Sound working knowledge of financial spreadsheets, databases and applications
- Experienced and highly proficient with MS Excel® and MS PowerPoint®
- Knowledge of Financial concepts, including income benchmarks and securities
- Experience with PowerBi, Snowflake, SQL, SFTP and ETL processes
- Experience in a client facing role within financial markets
