Job Summary
Provide client hospitality and event-day support for Toronto Blue Jays game days and events at Rogers Centre. Support gifting, courier deliveries, suite operations, and guest services; coordinate with cross-functional teams; manage client engagement initiatives; assist with premium memberships, events, and experiences; lift up to 50 lbs; evenings/weekends/holidays required; part-time contract spanning June 2026 to April 2027; requires university/college degree in sport management or related field; strong communication and collaborative skills.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or College diploma in sport management, business, marketing or a related field
- A service mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences
- Experience in client service, hospitality and/or other industry related field
- Able to work hours outside of a typical workday (includes evenings, weekends and holidays) is required for executing Toronto Blue Jays game days and other Rogers Centre events
- Strategic thinker with an ability to be proactive and solve problems
- Natural collaborator who works well cross-functionally and in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs as required, ensuring the efficient setup and breakdown of event materials
- Applicants must be willing and able to work all 81 Blue Jays home games, including non-traditional hours, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
