Client Experience Associate

Process a variety of customer interactions and deliver a unique experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and creating loyalty. Educate customers on alternatives and leverage technology to solve problems while identifying banking opportunities during conversations. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers, position products, and refer as appropriate to grow share of wallet. Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately. Support proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions using a defined sales process. This role is based in the Burlington branch in Boston, MA, and requires a high school diploma or GED with less than one year of related experience. Base salary ranges from $40,500 to $67,500.
