Job Summary
Manage and grow existing clients by overseeing flow workload for business accounts and providing expert advice on feed requirements. Conduct in-depth reviews of account history and leading production discussions to maintain strong working relationships. Act as the general point of escalation for the Second Line Feed management team, serving as the source of data, product, and technical expertise regarding databases, vendor methodologies, systems, and client data usage. Deliver periodical service reviews to reinforce value propositions and uncover opportunities to solve client challenges within the financial data industry.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years Strong work experience in the financial data industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidates must be of Graduate caliber, preferably a bachelor's degree in a finance or a related field
- Experience as a Consultant or related position within the financial data industry
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills required
- Demonstrates curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and is interested in exploring how new tools can improve customer, employee, and business outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Sound working knowledge of financial spreadsheets, databases and applications
- Experienced and highly proficient with MS Excel® and MS PowerPoint®
- Knowledge of Financial concepts, including income benchmarks and securities
- Experience with PowerBi, Snowflake, SQL, SFTP and ETL processes
- Experience in a client facing role within financial markets
