Job Summary
Deliver outstanding client service from first contact to follow-up while managing stock accurately and ensuring clinical room standards. Proactively manage online reviews, resolve complaints efficiently, and maximize clinic efficiency through smart diary and booking management. Drive and convert consultations with strong upselling and cross-selling to meet KPIs for consultation success, walk-in conversions, and average spend. Promote skin consultations and identify upsell opportunities via forms, then track AWI stock and handle client retention calls. Ensure a seamless check-in/out journey for every client. Required Qualifications
- Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Proven experience in client experience management, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
