Job Summary
Act as the primary operational contact for assigned property owners, managing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining professional relationships through responsive communication. Track all client requests, triage incoming enquiries, and distribute tasks to relevant teams while ensuring timely follow-through and accurate record-keeping. Monitor guest reviews across major OTAs, verify listing accuracy for photography and descriptions, and collaborate with internal teams to execute visual updates and improve conversion rates. Assist in managing long-term rental properties, coordinating maintenance requests, and handling tenant communications. Identify recurring feedback issues, escalate operational concerns, and support performance reporting for property owners.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rental operations
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing or updating OTA listings desirable
- Experience responding to guest reviews desirable
- Exposure to long-term tenancy or residential property management desirable
- Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Guesty) desirable
