Job Summary
Client Executive for Venbrook's Private Client Services drives new business and builds comprehensive high-net-worth personal lines programs (homeowners, auto, umbrella, watercraft, fine art, jewelry) for affluent clients and family offices. Partners with Account Managers to ensure seamless transitions from prospecting to placement, develops tailored proposals, maintains carrier relationships, and expands the book of business through cross-selling and strategic outreach. Responsibilities include creating client-ready proposals, presenting coverage rationales, managing pipeline from initial contact through binding, and representing the Private Client platform at industry events. Requires deep knowledge of personal-lines products, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders. Education and licensing requirements include a Property & Casualty license and a bachelor’s degree preference, with a minimum of five years in personal lines insurance for high-net-worth or private-client accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
- Minimum 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance with focus on high-net-worth or private client accounts
