Client Executive - Multinational Team

Job Summary
Conduct quoting, binding, and servicing for new and renewal accounts while developing new products by analyzing client needs. Respond to client information requests, coordinate with departments and brokers, and clear with Broker to update senior-level Brokers and Supervisors on issues and progress. Produce placement slips, cover notes, and policies; trace payments, collect premiums, and maintain business relationships to serve clients. Analyze financial statements for various industries using specific metrics. Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day insurance queries, proactively servicing clients and anticipating issues early. Requires fluency in Chinese and English, with a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of general insurance experience. Based in Taipei with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 2+ years of working experience in general insurance industry
- Fluency in both Chinese and English - Both verbal and written
- Act as a first point of contact within service team for day-to-day insurance queries
- Be proactive in servicing and anticipate any issues at an early stage
Desired Qualifications
- Majoring in insurance studies is preferred
- Experience in a client-facing role working closely with underwriters
- Preparing presentations
- Negotiating terms with insurers
- May analyze financial statements for all industries with specific knowledge of each industries unique financial metrics
