Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Comfortable prospecting and making cold calls
- Competitive by nature
- Coachable and thick-skinned
- Motivated by income and performance
- Stable work history
- Strong backgrounds: Payroll / HR services (ADP, Paychex, PEO) OR SaaS or professional services sales OR Commercial banking / treasury management OR Outside B2B sales
- Prospect and open new client relationships
- Build long-term partnerships with bank executives
- Run a full-cycle search process (we train you)
