Job Summary
Own and grow a portfolio of multinational institutional clients with full responsibility for retention, relationship expansion, and client satisfaction. Develop tailored, advisory-driven solutions across Northern Trust Asset Management, Securities, and Front Office Solutions; collaborate with product partners to design and deliver customized offerings; lead relationship reviews, monitor progress against goals, and adjust strategies. Drive growth and profitability by identifying opportunities to expand services, engaging senior leadership as needed, and coordinating across teams to deliver industry insights, regulatory updates, and evolving client needs.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in relationship management, client servicing, and business development within financial services
- Experience across asset servicing, custody, trust, and investment products
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead client discussions, negotiate, and close opportunities
