Job Summary

Lead point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of complex commercial insurance accounts across multiple locations. Develop tailored service plans, risk management strategies, and renewal approaches; collaborate with producers and practice leaders to present unified service and growth strategies. Drive book profitability through cross-sell opportunities, market analysis, and proactive account management; manage renewals from strategy through negotiations and proposal development. Requires 7+ years in insurance account management, strong relationship-building with executive-level clients and carrier partners, and active insurance licenses in P&C and/or L&H. Proficiency with AMS360 and advanced certifications (CIC, CRM, CPCU strongly preferred) are highly valued. Advanced communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential to success in this senior client-facing role.

Required Qualifications

  • Active insurance licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required
  • 7+ years of experience in insurance account management
  • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products and markets
  • AMS360 proficiency or equivalent
  • CIC/CRM/CPCU certifications strongly preferred
