Job Summary
Responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of group accounts valued between $750K and $2M. Acts as a key relationship contact for clients, achieving sales goals and collaborating with internal resources to deliver effective benefit solutions. Manages service delivery, develops account strategy, oversees onboarding, ensures timely revenue collection, and provides comprehensive client stewardship. Requires strong understanding of healthcare legislation, strategic planning capabilities, and leadership in project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Life, Health & Accident License required
- At least 5 to 10 years of industry knowledge required
