Job Summary
Responsible for retaining existing business and growing a group of accounts valued at $750K to $2M. Serves as the key relationship contact at all leadership levels for assigned clients. Achieves sales goals through collaboration with the Sales/Business Development team, manages account strategies, and oversees new client onboarding. Directs benefit solutions, ensures timely revenue collection, and participates in renewal negotiations. Requires strong relationship-building skills, project management abilities, and a significant understanding of self-funding and benefits programs.
Required Qualifications
- Life, Health & Accident License required
- At least 5 to 10 years of industry knowledge is required, to include experience in medical benefits and ancillary lines of coverage

- Strong technical skills – understands all components of a benefits program
